    Senior Visual Designer: 9/16 – Present

    • Piloted the prototyping and visual design of consumer personalization for company website, which increased engagement and awareness by almost 300% over a span of six months by identifying visitors and offering a more tailored experience, providing the right content to the right audience at the right time.
    • Built interactive prototypes from sketches, user flows and static mockups for a family of sites both internal and external, including the redesign of company intranet, while discovering and solving UX problems and working closely with the development team to implement HTML/CSS solutions.

    UX/UI Designer (Client: General Networks): 8/15 – 1/17

    • Improved the information architecture, layout, and visual design of a Sharepoint portal for Kapco Global, solving navigation issues and dashboard task choices.
    • Provided low and high-fidelity wireframes that incorporated detailed specs on how to implement the redesign through the web development process, including optimized CSS paired to production code.
    • Designed logo for eSignifi, an app that integrates the convenience and security of electronic signatures for native cloud computing platforms.

  3. Liaison International, Watertown, MA

    Front-End Designer: 1/14 – 7/15

    • Overhauled the visual design, behavior and code for the template export of a school survey platform for the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA), and reduced a 5–6 month design and development timeline down to 2 months.
    • Re-designed companion marketing site for a web app serving doctoral students in psychology; replaced bitmaps with SVG, upgraded iconography and typography, converted site to be mobile-friendly and responsive, while reducing a 1–2 month development timeline down to 2 weeks.
    • Co-developed and oversaw the design of a department-wide intranet that displays and catalogues PDFs; established the visual language and coded mockups from prototype to implementation.
    • Built responsive customer support forms using Bootstrap and Salesforce that generated support tickets, reducing the call and email volume from applicants and admissions officers.
    • Initiated the design and development of an internal gallery site that visually indexes the company’s graphics library, eliminating requests to the Web Content Manager for access to files.

    Web Content Manager/Support Analyst: 7/12 – 7/15

    • Piloted the design, prototyping and content creation of the Front-End Development’s style guide.
    • Co-developed a Content Management System (CMS) built with WordPress for a staff of 30+ Application Processors, eliminating static HTML/CSS edit requests to the Web Production Artist.
    • Cleaned and maintained company’s graphics library, which increased speed of file requests from the central repository.
    • Administered user accounts and product documentation for a team of 30+ using a CMS built with WordPress.

    • Manually expedited high volumes of static HTML/CSS edits and provided design knowledge of print and web graphic procedures and optimizations.
    • Designed logos for 11 client associations’ web applications, all viewed by more than a combined 100K+ applicants annually.
    • Collaborated on a product re-design within a 4-person development team that analyzed the usability of an internal web app used by 30+ Application Processors.
